Terms and Conditions
Senso4s Online Shop (available at www.senso4s.com/shop) is an online store operated and managed by Senso4s d.o.o., headquartered in Motnica 7, 1236 Trzin, Slovenia, with registration number: 7184042000 and tax ID number: SI26941619 (hereinafter referred to as “Provider”). Senso4s Online Shop is an IT system designed to present and sell products to end customers.
The Provider sells goods in Senso4s Online Shop on its behalf and for its account.
These Terms and Conditions determine the operation of the Senso4s Online Shop, rights and obligations of the Provider and a Customer.
The Provider reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions through the Senso4s Online Shop without prior notice.
A user of the Senso4s Online Shop (hereinafter referred to as “Customer”) is a person with data stated upon placing the order on Senso4s Online Shop. A Customer makes a purchase without any registration. Subsequent changes to Customer information are not possible.
Customers must comply with the Terms and Conditions applicable at the moment of purchase (placement of an online order). A Customer must provide the following information to place an order: first and last name, complete billing address, phone and email address. A separate shipping address is also required if the billing and shipping addresses differ.
ACCESSIBILITY OF INFORMATION
Before placing an order, the Provider undertakes to provide a Customer with the following information:
- Provider information (name and registered office, registration number).
- Contact information that provides quick and efficient communication between the Provider and the Customer (email address, phone number).
- Essential characteristics of the products (with aftersales services and warranties), accessibility of products (each product offered online should be available within a reasonable period).
- Delivery and services performance (delivery method, place and deadline).
- Prices should be clearly and unambiguously set, along with information on taxes, transport costs, and other duties included.
- Method of payment and delivery and validity of the offer.
- The Period in which it is possible to withdraw from the contract and terms and conditions for termination, including costs of returning the goods.
- Explanation of the complaint procedure, including all information on a contact person or customer service.
The Provider reserves the right to refuse service to a Customer for any reason.
Customer understands that their content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve:
(a) transmissions over various networks; and
(b) changes to conform and adapt to the technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
The headings in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms and Conditions.
MODIFICATIONS TO THE TERMS, CONDITIONS AND PRICES
Prices for the Provider’s products are subject to change without notice.
The Provider reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Terms and Conditions (or any part or content thereof) without prior notice.
The Provider shall not be liable to a Customer or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Terms and Conditions.
The Provider may allow Customers to purchase physical products.
The Provider shall ensure that the information published on the Senso4s Online Shop is up-to-date and accurate. Nevertheless, all data (price, delivery date, product characteristics) is not always updated in time. In this case, the Provider shall inform the Customer about the changes and enable the cancellation or modification of the order.
Photos of the products sold are for illustrative purposes only and do not provide characteristics and quality of products.
A Customer may not use Provider’s products for illegal or unauthorised purposes.
Please note that the Provider does not guarantee that all products presented on the Senso4s Online Shop are in stock or are available for purchase. The Provider reserves its right to stop selling a product. Orders can only be placed by Customers that are 18 years or older.
If a Customer receives defective products, they should notify the Provider immediately after they have detected that the products are faulty. If the Provider reasonably determines that the products are truly defective, Provider reserves the right to send the Customer a non-defective identical replacement product.
All prices in the Senso4s Online Shop are in EUR (euro) and include VAT (Value Added Tax).
The regular price of a product is a price recommended by the Provider, discount in % indicates the amount of discount in Senso4s Online Shop, price of a product is a regular price reduced by the discount for the particular product that is paid by the Customer (it is the same for all Customers).
Prices apply when the order is placed and have no predetermined validity. If the information on the price is incorrect or if the price of a product changes during the order processing, the Provider enables the Customer to cancel the purchase or proposes a solution agreeable to both parties.
Accepted payment methods in Senso4s Online Shop are a credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, China UnionPay), iDEAL, and Bancontact. The Provider may change the product prices at any time by posting new prices on Senso4s Online Shop.
By paying with their credit or debit card, a Customer confirms that they are the owner of this card and that sufficient funds or credit are available to cover the charges.
The purchase will appear on Customer’s credit/debit card or bank statement as SENSO4S.COM.
Billing to Customer’s credit or debit card will occur at the time of Customer’s purchase or soon afterwards.
Customers should purchase products from Senso4s Online Store for personal use only, not resale. By placing an order on Senso4sOnline Store, the Customer certifies that they are buying products for personal use, not resale.
DELIVERY PERIOD AND DELIVERY COSTS
The Delivery period for ordered products in stock is 5 to 10 business days (depending on the delivery country).
The Provider carries out delivery of ordered products through one of the delivery services to the shipping address provided by a Customer. Delivery costs are determined based on the shipping address of the Customer. The Provider is not responsible for the delivery period.
HANDLING OF DAMAGED SHIPMENTS (COMPENSATIONS)
If the shipment is damaged, lacks content, or shows signs that has been opened before its arrival, the Customer must initiate a complaint procedure. The Customer needs to take clear photos of damaged goods, damaged parcel or packaging and the label of delivery service with the legible number of the parcel and send the data to firstname.lastname@example.org.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM PURCHASE AND RETURN OF GOODS
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract and return the goods purchased without any compensation. The terms and conditions that apply for that purpose are available at https://www.senso4s.com/refund_returns/.
ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally there may be information on Senso4s Online Store that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. The Provider reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after a Customer submits their order).

Copyright in the documents provided on this site (including, without limitation, the trademarks of Senso4s, graphics, text, photos, designs, logos, icons, images, data, and software) are owned by or licensed to Senso4s and its affiliates.
A Customer is authorized to use this material only for personal, non-commercial purposes. A Customer may download, print, and store copies of this material for personal, non-commercial use, provided this Copyright Permission Notice is included in all such copies.
A Customer may not charge anyone for the use of the material and may not publish, duplicate or otherwise distribute the material to others without prior consent from Provider. A Customer may not modify the material in any way without the prior written permission of the copyright owner. Except as expressly stated in this legal notice, no rights or licenses to the material, or any portion thereof, shall be granted or implied.
COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
The Provider complies with the applicable legislation and strives to resolve all disputes amicably. The Customer can submit complaints to the Provider’s email address, email@example.com or Provider’s headquarters address (Senso4s d.o.o., Motnica 7, 1236 Trzin, Slovenia) by including the wording “Complaint”. The Provider will address the received complaints as soon as possible and find a favourable solution with the Customer. If the solution cannot be found, the competent court of the place of the Provider’s registered office shall have jurisdiction to resolve disputes.
CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
At their sole discretion, the Provider reserves the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and changes to Senso4s Online Shop. It is the Customer’s responsibility to check the Senso4s Online Shop periodically for changes. Customer’s continued use of or access to Provider’s website after posting of any changes to these Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes.
