Return & Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with our products, you can easily return them for a full refund. You must notify Senso4s in written form about the intended return in no later than 14 days from the delivery of goods to the e-mail address support@senso4s.com and return the goods within the next 30 days in the same condition with original packaging, to ensure receiving a refund through your original payment method or replacement products. Return form can be found here.

Senso4s d.o.o. can only refund orders placed directly through the website www.senso4s.com/en.

Senso4s d.o.o. does not cover shipping costs for products returned for a refund or replacement. Any order returned with payment on delivery option will not be accepted and therefore no refund will be made.

If your Senso4s is damaged or defective, please contact us at support@senso4s.com. If your product is still within the 2-year warranty period and was not mishandled in any way, it is eligible for a free of charge replacement.

After the 30-day return period is up, Senso4s d.o.o. cannot accept returns for a refund or replacement, unless the return reason is within our 2-year warranty policy.

To initiate a return and refund, please contact us at support@senso4s.com within the 14 days upon the receipt of the order. After our team confirms that your order is eligible for a return, please follow the below instructions.

To receive a refund, please send your entire Senso4s order in its original packaging, with the receipt included, to the below address. Alternatively, please include a note with your package, stating your contact information, order number and “I would like a refund” so that we can process your refund request.

When we receive your order, we will check for any damage and issue a refund on the original payment method. The refund will only include the price of your order, but not any original shipping charges.

Please note that it may take up to 2 weeks for an order to return to us (depending on the shipping method you chose to return it with).
