Senso4s d.o.o. (hereinafter the Guarantor) declares that it guarantees the faultless operation of the product during the warranty period (12 months), which begins with the delivery of the product to the customer. The Guarantor undertakes to, at the request of the customer, if it is submitted within the warranty period, at his own expense to eliminate defects and technical defects of the product that would occur if the product was used properly during the warranty period. Proper use of the product is described in the enclosed installation and operating instructions. A product that is not repaired within 45 days from the date of submission of the request for repair will be replaced with a faultless product at the request of the consumer. If a defective part or product is not identically replaceable, the Guarantor reserve the right to replace it with at least an equivalent product. Three years after the expiration of the warranty period, the Guarantor, against payment, provides the consumer with maintenance, spare parts and attachments. The consumer proves the valid warranty with an original invoice.

The warranty is not valid in the following cases:

• if the consumer has not complied with the enclosed instructions for installation and use of the product;
• if the product has been tampered with by an unauthorized person;
• if the consumer has handled the product unprofessionally or negligently.

The warranty does also not cover damage caused during transport of the product after delivery, damage due to improper maintenance, damage due to normal long-term use, damage caused by surges (including lightning), force majeure, battery leakage. The Guarantor does not guarantee for any damage (loss of profit, interruption of business, loss of business data or other) resulting from the use or inability to use the product.

If the warranty claim is unjustified, the consumer is obliged to pay the costs incurred in connection with the warranty procedure.
