Return & Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with our products purchased through, you can return them for a full refund. However, you must notify Senso4s in written form about the intended return no later than 14 days from the delivery of goods to the e-mail address and return the goods within the next 30 days in the original condition with the original packaging and return form to ensure receiving a refund through your original payment method or replacement products. Senso4s d.o.o. can only refund orders placed directly through the website

Senso4s d.o.o. does not cover shipping costs for products returned for a refund or replacement. Any order returned with payment on delivery option will not be accepted and, therefore, no refund will be made.

If your Senso4s device was damaged or defective upon receipt, please contact us at If your product is still within the 1-year warranty period and was not mishandled in any way, it is eligible for a free-of-charge replacement.

After the 30-day return period is up, Senso4s d.o.o. cannot accept returns for a refund or replacement unless the return reason is within our 1-year warranty policy.

When we receive your order, we will check for any damage and issue a refund on the original payment method. The refund will only include the price of your order but not any original shipping charges.
