Return policy
If you are not satisfied with our products, you can easily return them for a full refund. Your order must be returned within 14 days of receiving it and in good condition with the original packaging to ensure you can receive a refund through your original payment method.
We can only refund orders placed directly through our website, www.senso4s.com.
We do not cover shipping costs for products returned for a refund or replacement. Any order returned with additional shipping charges will not be accepted; therefore, no refund is possible.
If your Senso4s device is damaged or defective, please contact us at support@senso4s.com. If your product is still within the 1-year warranty period and was not mishandled, it is eligible for a free-of-charge replacement.
After the 14-day return period, Senso4s cannot accept returns for a refund or replacement unless the return reason is within our 1-year warranty policy (https://www.senso4s.com/en-warranty/).
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@senso4s.com. After our team confirms that your order is eligible for a return, please follow the instructions below.
Please send your complete Senso4s order in its original packaging, with the receipt included, to the return address below. Alternatively, you can include a note with your package stating your contact information, order number, and “I would like a refund” so we can process your refund request faster.

When we receive your order, we will check for damage and issue a refund to the original payment method. The refund will only include the price of your order, not any original shipping charges.
Please note that it may take up to 2 weeks for an order to return to us (depending on the shipping method you chose to return it with).
